WIGGINS TECH products are manufactured and tested to our highest quality standards. This LIMITED WARRANTY offered by WIGGINS TECH covers defects in materials or workmanship for a period of 12 months from the documented date of purchase. This warranty extends to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.  Only products purchased directly from WIGGINS TECH or an authorized WIGGINS TECH dealer may obtain coverage under this limited warranty.

 

WARRANTY COVERAGE: This WIGGINS TECH warranty covers defects in material or workmanship but does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship. WIGGINS TECH will replace any product or part of the product that proves defective because of improper workmanship and/or material, under normal installation, use, service and maintenance. If WIGGINS TECH is unable to provide a replacement or repair is not practical in a timely fashion, WIGGINS TECH may elect to refund the purchase price in exchange for the repair or replacement of the product. This warranty covers return shipment of any new or repaired product that is covered by this warranty but does not cover shipping or transport charges to WIGGINS TECH repair service location, nor does this warranty cover any repair or replacement labor. This warranty does not cover normal wear of the suspension, and oil changes and leaking seals are not covered. Furthermore, this warranty does not cover any damage or conditions resulting from improper maintenance, misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, alterations or extreme climates, problems with the paintwork due to damage such as scratches or corrosion, accessories or products not manufactured by WIGGINS TECH and last but not least, incidental or consequential damages to any property or personal injury resulting from the ownership or use of any WIGGINS TECH product.

WHAT MAY VOID THIS WARRANTY? This warranty is voided if a product is returned with removed, damaged or tampered labels or any alterations including removal of any component or external cover or alteration of settings outside of limiting specifications without the express written consent from WIGGINS TECH. This warranty is voided if battery is charged below 0°C (32 degrees Fahrenheit). This warranty is voided if battery is not charged at least once per month and/or other battery pack handling, storage, and use guidelines and recommendations are followed in accordance with any written instructions provided by WIGGINS TECH with the purchased product. Additionally, this warranty does not cover and may be voided due to damage from extreme riding activities such as competition racing, jumping, stunt riding, ramp jumping, rental programs or similar activities not consistent with the intended use of the product. Stunts and extreme riding which may be seen in our advertising are performed under controlled conditions using professional riders at our own risk.

FILING A WARRANTY CLAIM: WIGGINS TECH will not provide any warranty coverage unless claims are made in compliance with all terms of the controlling warranty statement included with your product and you follow proper return procedure. The BUYER is responsible for all shipping and/or transport of the product under warranty to WIGGINS TECH. To request warranty service, you will need to contact WIGGINS TECH or any WIGGINS TECH authorized dealer to arrange delivery of the product or the defective WIGGINS TECH part or product. All shipments must be carefully packed, insured and shipped at BUYER’s expense. The following must be included with the shipment: proof of purchase, full name, address, phone, email, problem description and Images or video evidence of the problem. After warranty service is completed, any repaired or replacement product or part will be returned to BUYER at WIGGINS TECH expense.

 

APPLICABLE LAW: THIS WARRANTY SHALL BE GOVERNED BY SUPREME LAW AND THE NON-CONTRARY AND SUSTAINING LAWS OF THE STATE FROM WHICH THE PRODUCT WAS PURCHASED AS WELL AS ANY APPLICABLE FEDERAL LAWS. REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT (OR, IN LIMITED CIRCUMSTANCES, REFUND OF THE PURCHASE PRICE) AS PROVIDED UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY OF THE BUYER. WIGGINS TECH NEITHER ASSUMES NOR AUTHORIZES ANY PERSON TO CREATE FOR IT ANY OTHER OBLIGATION OR LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH THIS PRODUCT. ADDITIONALLY, WIGGINS TECH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO BUYER OR ANY OTHER PERSON FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR PERSONAL INJURY ARISING OUT OF THE OWNERSHIP OR USE OF ANY WIGGINS TECH PRODUCT INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE INHERENT FIRE DANGERS OF LITHIUM BATTERIES.
